New ‘Truck acceptance E-TICKET’ system | Alha Group Air Cargo Italy

From Monday 3 June 2024, the new ‘Truck acceptance E-TICKET’ system will be active at the Alha Cargo Terminal in Malpensa.
The fully digitalised counter assignment system will guarantee a more efficient acceptance process for users, from the delivery of documents to the unloading of goods.
The first phase of the release of the new system solution includes the activation of the functionalities for accessing the document acceptance services.
In the second activation phase, the process will also be extended to the assignment of unloading doors, both for loose and palletised goods (further specifications will follow).
